Our intent is to be informative, and occasionally provocative, covering legal issues and developments of interest to product manufacturers and their lawyers. It’s a dynamic field, and we plan to cover it in a variety of ways with a variety of voices. Expect a mixture of long-form issue explorations, recent news advisories and decision blurbs, straightforward case reports, and practice tips and recommendations.
Our voices and ideas reflect our experiences. Those experiences primarily consist of representing manufacturers and other defendants, in a wide variety of industries, in both the trial and appellate courts. We practice in courts nationwide and follow the law across the country, though we have a strong concentration in the law of our authors’ home states: California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Texas.
